Elisabetta Picca joined Pavesio e Associati in February 2018. Elisabetta received her J.D. degree magna cum laude from the University of Turin in 2004. In 2007 she obtained a specialization diploma in the legal profession. During this program, she was awarded with a full scholarship by the University of Turin. She began her pre-admission trainee period at Fubini Jorio Cavalli in Turin in 2005. Soon afterwards, she moved to Milan to continue her practice at PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti (law-firm member of PricewaterhouseCoopers international network) until 2010. From 2010 to February 2018 she was an associate with Studio Legale Ferreri in Turin. Elisabetta focuses her activity on civil, banking and commercial litigation. She also gained experience in banking law, particularly with reference to compound interest and usury, financial derivative instruments and swaps; in civil law, with specific reference to medical liability by assisting important clinics in Turin; in general corporate matters by preparing various opinions on commercial law; in administrative liability of companies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. From 2011 to 2014 she was chairman of the supervisory body of MW Italia S.r.l. pursuant to Legislative Decree. 231/2001. She is a member of the Turin Bar.
