Andrea Cristaudi is a co-founder and partner of Pavesio e Associati. Prior to this Andrea Cristaudi was an associate of Brosio, Casati e Associati, a partner of Allen & Overy Milan up until June 2005 and a partner of Simmons & Simmons up until December 2006. Andrea has acquired broad experience in M&A and corporate finance transactions. Andrea has also acquired extensive experience in the capital markets sector, focusing primarily on IPOs, offering of securities in both Italian and foreign markets and advising both issuers, sponsors, managers and underwriters. Andrea advises Italian and foreign companies with a particular focus on advising financial institutions on regulatory matters, financing transactions, standstill and debt restructuring agreements. Andrea Cristaudi gained his J.D. degree in 1988 from the University of Turin where he graduated magna cum laude and an MBA from the Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale of the University of Turin in 1990. He was awarded a scholarship at A.I.F.I. – Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, 1992 course. He was a junior financial analyst with one of the leading Italian banks until 1991 and following this he worked as a controller for a multinational company in France and U.K. until 1993. He is a member of IBA (International Bar Association) and of the Turin Bar.
