Miles Killingsworth is a partner in the project finance group at Stoel Rives LLP and part of the firm’s renewable energy team. Miles’s practice centers on the acquisition, development and financing of solar, storage and wind projects throughout the United States, with a particular focus on sponsor-side construction debt, back-leverage debt, and tax equity finance. As an associate at Stoel, Miles has worked to support the installation of gigawatts of renewable energy projects. Before joining Stoel Rives, Miles volunteered for the Peace Corps in Albania. Prior to that, he worked as an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP in its renewable energy project finance group.
