Matthew Gurch is a partner in Stoel Rives’ Corporate practice group and a member of the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Industry Groups. Matt is an experienced finance attorney, advising and representing public and private entities in domestic and international project finance, energy, and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience related to project documentation, private equity, tax equity, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries, including renewable and alternative energy, conventional power, oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Matt was Senior Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP.
