Stephen Sukjoon Pak practices primarily in the fields of M&A, finance and general corporate law, private equity and venture capital, as well as international dispute resolution. He has assisted many Korean companies in their global expansion around the world, as well as in their investment and contract negotiations, including any disputes that may arise abroad.
