In her more than 15 years practice, Ju Zhu has focused her practice on cross-border M&A, joint ventures and commercial transactions, both for foreign companies to invest in China and for Chinese companies to invest and do business overseas. Lindsay has substantial experience in corporate compliance and related investigations, in particular in the areas of anti-bribery and business ethics for multinational companies in China. Lindsay is also one of a few lawyers in China who has expertise on international trade matters and policies, especially US export control, sanctions and foreign investment reviews.
