Andrew Bellisle’s practice is mainly focused in the area of business law. As such, he is involved in the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements of all kinds and takes part in due diligence reviews which lead to various business transactions. He also prepares various corporate documents pertaining to the organization and updating of multiple corporations and other legal entities. Andrew also frequently supports the transportation law team. In this capacity, he is called upon to advise our clients on a full range of legal matters pertaining to the road transportation industry and to represent clients before penal and administrative courts.
