Olaf Carl Ehrenskjold is one of Denmark’s most experienced M&A and corporate lawyers. Throughout 25 years, Olaf has advised Danish and international companies and private equity funds, and he has assisted a number of the largest and most complex transactions in Denmark. Olaf advises on all stages of a transaction process from inception to completion, including structure, drafting and negotiation of documents, as well as on all related corporate matters, including management incentive programs. He also frequently acts as a sparring partner for the board of directors and management.
