Bio

Anders Kjaer Dybdahl has solid experience in M&A, venture investments, corporate and commercial law, advising both Danish and international clients with a particular focus on transactions and investments. Anders has gained experience in international transactions through a secondment in New York. Anders assists in all phases of a transaction, including for example strategic considerations, structured auction processes, W&I insurance, drafting of documents and negotiations. He also has experience with incentive programs for both established and start-up companies, as well as advising on handling ownership and ownership conflicts.
