Aaron Rigby practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters involving the representation of private equity and financial sponsors and corporate clients (both public and private companies) in connection with acquisitions, leveraged transactions, divestitures and investments, including in the healthcare and technology industries. Aaron also routinely advises clients in the formation of joint ventures and corporate governance matters. Aaron has been recognized for his practice and was named a “Texas Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for multiple years. Prior to law school, Aaron served on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Navy, completing two deployments to the Middle East. In addition, he serves as a member of the Dallas Pro Bono Committee. Aaron is also a board member of Carry The Load, a non-profit organization that honors the sacrifices made by members of the military, law enforcement, firefighters, first responders and their families.
