Beyond just legal counsel, Zachary Madden works hard to get to know each of his clients and their needs and to put himself in their shoes. His approach has made him a trusted, personal adviser to companies across a variety of industries from manufacturing and insurance to food, healthcare, and real estate. Zach brings his relational, solutions-oriented approach to his service as the relationship partner for Welltower Inc., one of the firm’s largest clients. He coordinates with the firm’s many practice groups—including real estate, litigation, employment, environmental, intellectual property, and tax—from all of its offices to serve Welltower’s needs. He also serves as general outside counsel for variety of clients with few in-house attorneys, allowing these clients to rest easy about legal matters and focus on running their businesses.
