Scott Cohen is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. His practice concentrates on national and international private and public mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate governance advice. Scott’s clients come from various industries including energy and energy services, technology, manufacturing, and consumer/beverage products. Scott is a founding member and director of the Texas Business Law Foundation and former chairman of the Corporation Laws Committee of the Texas State Bar.
