Since 1994, I have assisted Swedish and foreign companies with advice relating to company transfers and commercial contracts, often with international links. In my daily work, I help companies to draw up and negotiate contracts, primarily relating to company transfers, mergers, joint ventures, development, and the purchase or sale of products and services. Many of my assignments are international, and I often work on projects in these areas in Europe, Japan, China, Korea, Russia, South Africa, South America and USA. I also have extensive experience of working with companies in the automotive industry, and worked as a company lawyer within the Volvo Group for nearly five years.
