I have more than 20 years of experience working in law firms and work mainly with transactions in capital markets and M&A. Throughout my career, my focus has been capital markets and M&A. My assignments include advice in connection with IPOs, incentive programs, convertible issues, bond issues, public takeover bids and private M&A. My clients are often larger companies and banks in Sweden and abroad.
