At SÉRVULO since 2006, Rui Cardona Ferreira is a Of Counsel of the firm’s Corporate, Commercial and M&A department, and he also has a practice in the areas of Public Law and of Intellectual Property, Data Protection and IT. He holds a Master’s in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lisbon, and he is currently a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law of the Nova University of Lisbon. He holds graduate qualifications in Administrative Disputes Law from the Faculties of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal and of the University of Coimbra (2005), as well as a graduate qualification in Administrative Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2002). He was legal aide to the Secretary of State for the Treasury and Finance, from 2005 and 2006. He started his professional career at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados in 1999, where he was a trainee lawyer until 2000, and then an associate, from 2001 to 2005. He joined the Bar Association in 2001.
