John K. Smeltzer is a partner with extensive experience representing clients on real estate and business transactions. He represents clients in commercial law and real estate development, acquisition, sale, leasing and zoning. He also has extensive experience in the sale and purchase of businesses. Mr. Smeltzer also represents golf course developers, owners and professionals and is counsel to the Indiana Golf Association and the Indiana Section of the PGA. He is AV Peer Review Rated, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest peer recognition for ethical standards and legal ability. Mr. Smeltzer’s law practice focuses on the areas of corporate and real estate law generally, including mergers and acquisitions, zoning, contract preparation and review, general corporate and business advice and real estate transactions.
