In addition to being a Partner, John M. DeMarco co-chairs the Firm’s Commercial Leasing practice group and is also a member of Schenck, Price, Smith & King’s Recruiting Committee. Mr. DeMarco is a member of the Firm's Management Committee. The primary industry focuses of his practice are commercial real estate, land use, and environmental regulation. He is also a member of the School Law, Health Care Law and Telecommunications Practice Groups. Mr. DeMarco represents several major corporations in commercial leasing matters and has been involved in the representation of several major commercial and residential developers in connection with site plans and subdivisions. Among Mr. DeMarco’s professional, business, and civic affiliations is his membership on the board of directors for the Morris County Economic Development Authority. He is also a member of Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Morris Program’s Alumni Association. Mr. DeMarco is the former secretary of the District X Fee Arbitration Committee and a former member of the District X Ethics Committee.
