Michael Novaria is a Partner in our large Real Estate practice group as well as a member of our Corporate, Business and Tax practice group. Michael’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate development, including acquisitions, financing and leasing. He represents local and national retail companies, owners, developers and general contractors. Michael also counsels clients in the technology, telecommunications, energy, engineering, transportation, manufacturing and professional services sectors on a broad range of business issues including general representation, licensing and intellectual property, contracts and commercial matters. Mr. Novaria represents an array of foreign-based clients including those from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Spain, Slovak Republic and Switzerland who have chosen Massachusetts as their United States base of operations. Specifically, he counsels directors and officers regarding the structure and terms of incorporation, tax, immigration, employment and real estate in order to develop a strong strategy for success in the United States. Mr. Novaria is a former Board Member of the Boston Irish Business Association, an organization committed to fostering economic and professional growth among its progressive network of business and political leaders, while retaining and strengthening their connection to Ireland.
