Alex Llevat Felius has extensive experience in company mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, shareholders’ agreements, and the creation of joint ventures and distribution agreements, representing both Spanish and international clients. He is secretary to the Boards of Directors of various industrial corporations and holdings.
