Amos Edelman counsels private and public companies in connection with general corporate and business matters, equity and debt financings, merger and acquisition transactions, licensing arrangements and joint ventures. He has represented clients across a wide array of industries, including software and technology, e-commerce, media, finance and financial services, manufacturing and insurance. His software and technology representations include ad-tech, fin-tech and ed-tech companies. Amos represents funds and private equity investors in connection with fund formation and governance matters, investment capital raises, and venture capital and mezzanine financings of portfolio companies.
