Nicholas Gibson is a deal attorney who partners with private equity and strategic clients in successfully closing transactions. He believes in a practical approach that starts with gaining a deep understanding of each client’s business and goals. As a member of the firm's Global Corporate Group, Nick’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance issues and general corporate law matters. Nick and his colleague David Hayes founded DuPage Capital Connection, a forum for M&A, finance and business leaders who live in the DuPage County area to forge connections, develop opportunities for dealmaking, and in turn strengthen their communities.
