Andreas Jurgens is a founding partner of the firm’s Frankfurt office and a member of the Global Corporate Group of Reed Smith. He has over 20 years experience in advising clients on corporate acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings as well as on stock corporation law and capital markets law. In addition, contract drafting in the healthcare and life sciences sector has become increasingly important in recent years. Andreas focuses on cross-border and multinational transactions, as well as on management and leveraged buyouts (MBOs, LBOs). His clients include national and international companies and financial investors, from various industries, including real estate, healthcare, renewable energy, telecommunications, food, and manufacturing. Furthermore, he also officiates as civil law notary (in Frankfurt am Main).
