Michael Gould is a general business and corporate lawyer. Mike’s general business practice involves his provision of general corporate and business advice to a wide array of clients, including large corporations, chefs and restaurant operators as well as several celebrities, actor and athletes. For many of his clients, he serves in a quasi-outside general counsel capacity in which he is the clients’ first call to assess and determine how to address various legal issues. Mike’s practice also focuses on joint ventures, partnership and limited liability company formation and organization, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general business representation. Prior to joining Raines Feldman Littrell, Mike was a founding partner at Gould & Gould LLP and was a Partner at both GTC Law Group LLP and Rosenfeld, Wolff & Klein in Century City, California. Prior to that Mike had been a member of the corporate practice groups at Sidley Austin LLP and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal. He received a B.A. in History from the University of Colorado in 1993 where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1996, where he graduated Order of the Coif.
