Bio

Robert Meyer represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment, including litigation of cases before federal courts and administrative agencies, and day-to-day advice and counsel. Robert’s practice focuses on the representation of management in multiple areas of labor and employment law, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the National Labor Relations Act. He has defended corporate clients in cases pending before Federal and state courts, as well as the EEOC, Department of Labor, and other federal and state administrative agencies. He also regularly advises management on a wide range of employment issues, including EEO compliance, investigation of complaints, employee leaves of absence, employee handbooks, FLSA classification, wage payment, and employment contracts.
