Isabelle Burel-Blasoni joined Villechenon as an associate before becoming a partner in 2013. Isabelle specializes in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions. She represents businesses along with their partners and investors in many areas such as new technologies, biotechnology and the audiovisual industry. Isabelle is well versed in corporate, commercial, tax and labor and employment law. Isabelle holds a Master in Business Law. She is a member of the Paris Bar. She assists her clients in both French and English.
