Andre Bernini advises local and international clients from a wide array of industries in M&A deals, with a prominent presence in private equity, distressed M&A, and acquisition of infrastructure projects (greenfield and brownfield). André represents private equity funds, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds and other strategic players on both the buy-side and the sell-side, and has also gained a reputation in representing family members and family-owned businesses on the sell-side. He was admitted to the Brazilian Bar in 2004 and to the New York State Bar in 2013.
