Pamela Anderson has more than 25 years of experience in regulatory proceedings, litigation, and policy in the energy industry. Pam's practice has recently evolved to focus on issues involving climate change. She represents natural gas and electric utilities, rural cooperatives and municipalities, hydropower producers, oil and gas producers, pipeline and storage companies, renewable energy developers and large consumers of energy resources throughout the country. She has represented clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the North American Reliability Corporation (NERC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) as well as various state utility commissions.
