Paolo Lupini has been a partner at Pavia e Ansaldo since 2007, and is mainly based in our Milan office. Paolo’s practice areas are commercial and corporate law, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions. He advises both listed and private companies on day-to-day issues as well as extraordinary transactions (including capital increases, contributions in kind, mergers, demergers, issuing of bonds and warrants, stock option plans and other incentive schemes), in addition to corporate governance matters. Paolo has extensive experience in listed companies regulation. He also acts for clients in acquisitions and joint-ventures, IPOs and public tender offers. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
