Bio

Anna Saraceno has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2015 and is working out of our Milan office. Anna has broad experience in the M&A and Private Equity sectors, being regularly involved in acquisitions, mergers, sales of business units, leveraged buy-outs, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, investment deals and a variety of other transations with private equity funds and Italian and multinational corporations both on the domestic front and internationally. She also regularly advises on corporate matters, with a particular focus on shareholder issues and corporate governance. Anna also assists clients in the planning, implementation and managing of a broad range of commercial transactions as well as in the negotiation and preparation of the necessary contractual documentation. In 2009-2010 Anna obtained a Master in Business Tax Law from Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer and in 2010-2011 she has been visiting foreign lawyer at the New York office of a leading international law firm. She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
