Wanda Townsend practices in the firms Banking & Capital Markets Group with a focus on commercial real estate. She represents financial institutions in commercial real estate loans that include construction loans, term financing, revolving credit facilities, and mezzanine financing. In addition, she works with commercial real estate companies and developers in purchasing, developing, financing, leasing, and the sale of real estate. Wanda also works with many health care providers and privately held companies on their general business transactions, including employment matters and succession planning. Wanda and her team regularly provide seminars on title, survey, lien matters, loan documentation, and related commercial lending and real estate matters.
