Nicolas heads the German Venture Capital group of Osborne Clarke. He has advised on more than 100 venture and growth capital financings for national and international venture capital funds. Nicolas and his team are frequently ranked being one of the top law firms for Venture Capital at Juve and legal500. He is also a lecturer at a German University and member of the “Beirat Junge Digital Wirtschaft” at the German Minister for economics and energy, Sigmar Gabriel. Nicolas regularly publishes articles in dedicated Venture Capital publications and is author of various renowned law books. He also speaks at various venture capital events.
