Matthew specialises in advising clients in the energy and infrastructure sector, with a focus on transactions across the renewable energy spectrum, including solar, onshore wind, hydro and AD. He works on a broad range of corporate transactions for investors, developers and energy supply companies, covering acquisitions disposals, investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. Matthew’s sector focus is underpinned by strong experience in Technology, Media and Communications, with a particular interest in the convergence of the two fields with the digitalisation of the energy sector. Matthew also acts for clients in the Workforce Solutions sector, leading on a range of deals for staffing, talent acquisition and consultancy companies.
