Paola Barometro, Partner in the Milan office, is a member of the European Corporate Group. She has extensive experience in M&A transactions, commercial contracts, general corporate and corporate governance. Paola has specific experience in criminal liability of legal entities and assists some of the most important Italian companies, some of which are listed in Italy or abroad, in drawing up compliance programs to prevent companies from potential sanctions. In recent years, she has advised several domestic and multinational companies (in industrial and financial sectors) both in day-to-day corporate consultancy and special projects.
