Oliver Duys is a member of the M&A/Private Equity Group. He has extensive experience in complex corporate transactions including private equity and venture capital transactions, real estate portfolio deals, joint ventures and fund formation as well as restructuring. He also advises on Management Participation Programs and liability issues in this context. Oliver Duys is Managing Partner of the German Orrick offices along with Dr. Christoph Brenner. Oliver Duys worked for Slaughter and May and Hengeler Mueller. Following his partnership at Hölters & Elsing since 2006, Oliver Duys is a partner at Orrick since 2008.
