Iuliia Rushynets is an associate with a practice focus in corporate and M&A matters. Upon graduation from NYU School of Law, Ms. Rushynets has recently worked on team projects involving different types of finance, intended to provide capital to private enterprises in developing countries. Before coming to the U.S., Ms. Rushynets advised OKKO Group companies in Ukraine on corporate, real estate, and commercial matters in the fuel, construction, and restaurant industries. Ms. Rushynets worked on incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of legal entities, as well as on mergers and acquisitions of affiliated companies; negotiated and reviewed business agreements; negotiated and closed real estate transactions.
