Pier Luigi Monari Sarde’ has a wealth of experience advising clients on Italian Dispute Resolution and also acts as consultant in non-judicial Insolvency and Intellectual Property matters. In addition to providing counsel to national and international companies with operations in Italy, Pier Luigi cooperates with Italian Judges and Administrators on Insolvency procedures. Pier Luigi, who previously co-founded the firm of Monari Sarde’ & Ferrari, joined Nunziante Magrone in November 2019. He is based in the Bologna office.
