Jack Fainberg is a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate Transactions and Global Finance practice groups, and a member of the M&A team. He acts as general corporate counsel and advisor for a wide range of companies, working closely with senior management teams to assist in overall strategic decisions, acquisitions, and financings.
