Ian Banion is a partner and a member of Nixon Peabody’s Real Estate, Finance and Community Development practice team. He represents developers, investors, lenders and property owners in a variety of commercial transactions including real estate and general corporate matters. Ian is a licensed architect and member of the American Institute of Architects.
