Takahiko Date is a partner at Nishimura & Asahi in the M&A/corporate group. He has advised on mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, cross-border/domestic acquisitions and divestitures, going private/management buyout transactions, joint ventures, and numerous other kinds of transactions and commercial arrangements, including large-scale strategic alliance and acquisition transactions by listed companies. He also regularly provides domestic and foreign clients with regulatory, labor, intellectual property and other general corporate advice.
