mr. Henk van Grinsven has been a lawyer since 2000. He is an experienced specialist in corporate and insolvency law. Henk is one of the partners of NeXT lawyers. He mainly advises large and small companies and private investors. Henk is also involved in acquisitions and participations. He is also involved in shareholder disputes and corporate law issues. In addition, he is regularly appointed as a trustee in bankruptcies. He is also active as a consultant in recovery/restructuring processes, often advising on financing issues. Henk is a member of the Association of Insolvency Lawyers (INSOLAD). He is registered in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association in the areas of law: Insolvency law and Corporate law
