Raffaele Caldarone deals mainly with commercial and corporate law, with particular focus on business contracts and M&A transactions such as advisory and assistance services in the fields of corporate governance and compliance. He assists domestic and international clients mainly engaged in the infrastructure, energy and manufacturing industries. Raffaele is the author of legal papers and participates in panels on commercial and corporate matters. He is a member of the Senior Advisors Board of Transparency International Italy.
