Bio

Wijnand Bossenbroek is an all-round corporate partner and civil law notary and has extensive experience with all notarial aspects of Dutch corporate law. His practise covers company law, corporate governance, domestic and cross border structuring, M&A, private equity and finance. His work focuses mainly on large Dutch and international corporations, including financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies and multinationals. Wijnand is a member of the NautaDutilh Sector Team Life Sciences. He was appointed civil law notary at Amsterdam in 2002, the same year he became a partner at NautaDutilh, which he joined in 1992. Wijnand graduated from Utrecht University in 1992.
