Bio

Assif Rosenberg, a partner at the firm's Corporate Group, concentrates her practice on corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on high-tech/technology transactions, venture capital financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Assif has extensive experience advising global and domestic start-ups and emerging growth companies in all stages of development, from formation, financing, and day-to-day operations through to exit. She also works with venture capital funds, private equity firms, and other investment institutions involved in investments in early-stage and growth companies. Assif has been with Naschitz Brandes Amir since her internship with the firm in 2008.
