Based in our East Lancashire office in Blackburn, Richard Robinson is a partner in our corporate department. As well as managing the corporate team in East Lancashire he handles a wide range of corporate work including company/business acquisitions and disposals, equity fundraisings and investments, mergers, re-organisations and restructurings, joint ventures and start ups. Richard is also a member of Napthens Executive Board.
