Partner of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Law Office. 1993 Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law. In 2000, he received an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. He then worked at the Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP law firm in Los Angeles from 2000-2001. He belongs to Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association. He has handled numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and organizational restructuring matters. He provides legal services in all aspects of corporate legal affairs, including advice on the Companies Act and Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (TOB regulations, etc.), dispute resolution, and guidance on shareholder meetings.
