He has been practicing in the capital markets area and has been providing advice relating to offering of equity and debt securities by Japanese and non-Japanese companies including major financial institutions in the Japanese market and overseas market, offering of fund interests in Japan, investment in start-up companies and securities law related issues including disclosure related issues and insider trading issues. He also practices in areas such as financial regulations, corporate and M&A, corporate governance and international dispute related matters.
