Bio

Rachael Longhofer has been trying cases in state and federal court since 2012. She loves telling her client’s side of the story, both in writing and in the courtroom. Rachael graduated law school from Wake Forest University in 2012 and practiced civil and commercial litigation at a regional law firm, the federal government, and the Office of the Kansas Attorney General. In 2017, Jim and Rachael met on opposite sides of a case, and she joined Jim at his Kansas City law firm shortly thereafter, in 2018. Rachael and Jim co-founded Myers Longhofer in 2022. As a seasoned litigator, Rachael looks for creative solutions for her clients. She practices in medical malpractice defense, commercial and business litigation, insurance defense, and employment law.
