Recognised by Legal 500 UK as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ and singled out for being ‘very calm and pragmatic’, Adam Rayner advises on a range of corporate finance transactions; specialising in business sales and acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and private equity and venture capital investments. Adam has acted on some of the region’s most significant mid-market private equity investments. He also has vast experience in VCT investments, advising both investors and investee companies on these transactions. Adam was recognised at the Insider Dealmakers Awards as the “Young Dealmaker of the Year” in 2016, before going on to be named “Corporate Lawyer of the Year” at the awards in both 2019 and 2023.
