Michael Barry is a Partner in Morrison Cohen's Corporate Department where his practice focuses on all areas of corporate law, including counseling domestic and international clients in intellectual property matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, contracts, labor matters, litigation, and real estate. Michael works with clients active in a wide range of industries, including fashion and luxury goods, consumer products, industrial equipment, entertainment, publishing, steel, communication systems, software and technology, mechanical installations, photographic and broadcast equipment, industrial control equipment, professional services, and pharmaceuticals. In addition to representing established domestic and international businesses, Michael frequently advises clients in establishing and developing their presence in the United States, acting as their primary outside general counsel for their US operations. He routinely works with clients from Australia, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Spain.
