Andrew Arsiotis has extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and mezzanine debt financings, startup company formation and financings, and corporate restructurings. He has counseled leveraged buyout funds, private equity firms, and venture capital firms, as well as their portfolio companies in connection with equity and debt investments, corporate governance matters, and a wide range of other commercial transactions, including joint ventures, partnerships, and other strategic arrangements. Andy has handled transactions in a wide variety of industries, including heavy manufacturing, technology, and financial services. Andy joined Morrison Cohen in 1997 and began his career at Kaye Scholer.
